Location: Enumclaw, Washington Job Type: Contract to Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler with forklift experience to support inventory movement and accuracy within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring timely delivery of materials across departments. Key Responsibilities

Transport materials and components using forklifts and pallet jacks Update inventory locations in the system and issue kits for production Ensure inventory accuracy and availability of required items Move parts between departments based on product routing Receive and stage finished goods from production Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and company policies Participate in training programs and maintain positive working relationships Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (minimum 30 WPM typing speed) Ability to interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials Forklift operation experience Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Preferred Experience

Prior experience in material handling, shipping, or receiving Familiarity with stand-up forklifts and basic hand tools Understanding of engineering drawings and crate building Work Environment

Warehouse/manufacturing setting focused on hydraulic actuator production Requires lifting over 40 lbs and handling shipping and packaging tasks All necessary PPE provided; strong emphasis on safety culture Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.20 - $37.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
