Job Summary

The Operations Administrator will support sales and operations teams by managing CRM data, processing orders, and handling customer requests, while coordinating with vendors and partner teams. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure quality assurance and enhance efficiency. The Administrator will provide reports, manage order entries, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the department.

Role Description

Assist with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data consistency.

Field SHI.com requests from customers and forward to correct sales teams.

Request information from vendors, such as invoices, pricing, and order status.

Process overflow work from the sales team or operations, such as placing orders, working on renewal opportunities, and creating vendors and parts for AX.

Forward Ariba (e-procurement) modifications from customers asking for a change to their current orders, and handle warehouse voicemails.

Perform order entry, review and respond to e-mails, collect order status, and perform other ad hoc duties as requested.

Regularly engage with district managers, partner teams, and vendors.

Quote monthly overages and process monthly overage orders.

Provide regular, relevant reports to various internal teams.

Support quality assurance measures to minimize processing issues and increase efficiencies.

Other Requirements

Completed High School Diploma required

1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

The base salary range for this position is $31,200 - $40,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, are $31,200 - $40,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
