Job Title: Technical - Research Support Technician Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical - Research Support Technician to join our team. This role involves creating documents necessary for collecting data for Consumer Product Studies, processing and loading collected data into databases, and manipulating data in Excel spreadsheets. You will also be responsible for keying data from source documents and learning new applications and processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
Create documents needed for data collection in Consumer Product Studies.
Process collected data and load it into the database.
Manipulate and work with data in Excel spreadsheets.
Key data from source documents.
Learn and utilize applications and processes for problem-solving.
Set up electronic systems and use QuarkXpress for paper formatting.
File study materials for record retention and quality assurance.
Conduct data entry and quality control using Microsoft Office and Excel.
Essential Skills
1+ years of experience in data entry and quality assurance.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in the Sciences preferred.
Work Environment
This position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence during the week for tasks involving physical paper records/files that cannot leave the office. The schedule is flexible, with an expectation of being onsite usually until about 2 PM when the direct manager is present. The role averages roughly 12-15 hours per week and will eventually involve splitting time across five different assignments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
