Job Title: Finisher
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Finisher to assist in the preparation and setting up of casting beds for concrete pours. You will be responsible for installing rebar, forms, inserts, and other hardware according to blueprints and production drawings. Your role will also involve operating power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes. Adherence to safety protocols and company procedures is essential.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and setting up casting beds for concrete pours.
Install rebar, forms, inserts, and other hardware according to blueprints and production drawings.
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Clean and maintain work areas, including stripping forms and removing debris.
Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
Comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working on commercial projects.
Experience in masonry is a plus.
Candidates must have their own basic tools.
Strong attendance records.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
