Direct and manage the overall daily operations of the Boys & Girls Club, focusing on comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff (both direct and indirect reports), handling personnel issues, managing the facility, developing and managing a budget, engaging with the Club Advisory Council, fostering community relations, coordinating volunteers, and overseeing membership administration. Responsibilities:

Establish programs, activities, and services that prepare youth for success and create an environment conducive to achieving Youth Development Outcomes. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate programs to meet objectives and member needs. Maintain daily contact with staff to communicate organizational mission and standards, discuss issues, and exchange information. Compile reports on activities, attendance, and participation. Assist in developing annual budgets and managing financial resources. Recruit, manage, and develop staff and volunteers. Build partnerships with parents, community leaders, and organizations. Promote the Club’s visibility through public relations efforts. Qualifications:

Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. At least five years of relevant experience in a similar organization, including planning and supervising activities and personnel. Proven ability in personnel supervision, facilities management, and staff retention. Strong communication skills. Ability to recruit, train, motivate staff, and manage budgets. Experience working with people, parents, and community leaders.
