$82.14–$96.42/hr Job Summary: The Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) seeks an experienced
project manager
to support initiatives across Corporate Finance and Enterprise Risk. This role manages full project lifecycles using standardized PMO methodologies, ensuring efficient execution from planning to implementation, while enhancing visibility and alignment across corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project sponsors and functional leaders to develop Discovery artifacts such as Cost Benefit Analyses, Project Charters, and Resource Plans. Create and maintain
detailed project schedules , milestones, and execution plans. Track financial forecasts, cost variances, and manage change requests as needed. Conduct resource planning, risk assessments, and third-party support evaluations. Maintain and escalate project risks and issues using standard CFPMO tools. Ensure all business requirements are met from development through implementation. Apply standardized project management approaches tailored to project complexity. Required Experience:
7+ years of project management experience 1+ years of experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Nice-to-Have Experience:
2+ years in a formal PMO environment 3+ years managing projects impacting investment, capital market, or financial systems Proven track record of delivering on-time, on-budget projects Required Skills:
Project management lifecycle execution Financial forecasting and reporting Cross-functional collaboration Preferred Skills:
PMO methodology application Agile and/or Waterfall framework knowledge Communication and stakeholder management RACI and Risk/Issue tracking Cost/benefit analysis Additional Skills:
Project Charter creation Smartsheet and Jira familiarity Risk logs and pre-mortem documentation Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Benefits:
