This position offers a competitive salary and benefits based on experience. Job Requirements : The candidate must be a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar, and licensed (or able to obtain a license quickly) in South Carolina federal district and bankruptcy courts. 5+ years of mortgage foreclosure and collections experience is required. The candidate must be able and willing to handle a high volume of creditor's rights cases. Familiarity with discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution is essential. Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code are preferred. Strong leadership, communication skills, and willingness to grow the firm’s presence are required. The candidate should value reputation and proactively develop industry relationships to be seen as a trusted partner. Court appearances are required, with some travel involved. Familiarity with South Carolina legal procedures and a commitment to client support and sound judgment are necessary.
