Our client is a large well known Private Equity/Real Estate Firm currently seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Analyst to their growing Strategic Advisory/Deal Team. This opportunity is very well suited for an Investment Banking professional who has passion for analyzing/evaluating & modeling complex transactions with ability to provides capital and strategic support to firms' Financial Sponsor (GP & LP) Investors.

Responsibilities: Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic opportunities Conduct analysis of private equity and real estate investment opportunities across a wide range of situations Draft client presentations Analyze and assess feasibility of potential transactions, including pricing, assumptions on go-forward projections, and exits on asset-driven recapitalization mandates. Advise GP/LP on optimal structuring to meet investment goals and maximize investor appeal Create detailed financial analyses utilizing both Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments Coordinate the overall capital raising process and timeline for each mandate Prepare investment Committee Research presentation materials Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years Management Consulting/Valuations/Asset Management/Research or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate/Banking) experience Relevant prior experience in private equity, investment banking, credit, management consulting, science, engineering, or similar Top Academic pedigree Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory/Asset Management Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills ARGUS Modeling experience required Superior written and verbal communication skills
