As the founding

GTM Solutions Engineer , you’ll partner with Enterprise and Mid‑Market Account Executives to accelerate technical validation, solution design, and production launches of voice agents built on Vapi. You’ll own both pre‑sales discovery and post‑sales implementation, ensuring customers achieve time‑to‑value in weeks, not months, while serving as the technical face of Vapi in the field. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives to drive adoption among Vapi’s most strategic customers, bringing VoiceAI to production and driving business outcomes.

Own technical and business scoping, kick‑off, implementation, project planning, and vision with key stakeholders.

Lead project and customer interactions, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with forward‑deployed engineering to ensure seamless project execution.

Capture field feedback and collaborate with product to influence the roadmap and improve developer experience.

Qualifications

3–7 years

in solutions/sales engineering or solution architecture at a B2B SaaS company.

Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with excellent communication and project‑management skills.

Proven ability to navigate fast‑paced environments and multiple stakeholders.

Hands‑on experience with modern web stacks (TypeScript/Node, REST/GraphQL), cloud platforms, and ideally telephony or WebRTC.

Nice‑to‑have: consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), CS/Engineering degree, or prior work with AI/voice technologies
