We’re hiring the first staff product designer for our Banking Experience product to define and design best-in-class banking foundation products. As a staff designer, you’ll play a critical role in defining and designing the product.

We’re looking to hire the first staff product designer for our Banking Experience product. This role will play a critical part in defining and designing best-in-class banking foundation products.
Responsibilities
Architect the future of our core banking products, designing experiences that become industry benchmarks
Drive product strategy alongside executives and cross-functional partners to craft long-term vision
Design adaptive systems that elegantly scale from solo founders to established companies with complex needs
Excel across the full design spectrum – from initial concept and workflows to interactions and pixel-perfect visuals
Transform banking by imbuing everyday financial tasks with moments of delight and wonder
Champion user needs across the organization, ensuring our product decisions always serve our customers
Qualifications
10+ years of exceptional design experience with a portfolio that showcases excellence in craft
A talent for turning complex requirements into elegantly simple solutions
The strategic mind of a product leader combined with the execution skills of a craftsperson
Experience thriving in ambiguity and orchestrating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
A research-informed approach to design, balancing quantitative metrics with qualitative insights
The wisdom to know when subtraction creates more value than addition
A collaborative spirit that elevates the work of everyone around you
Kindness and humility in all your interactions
Compensation Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are:
US employees (any location): $219,800 – $274,700 USD
Canadian employees (any location): CAD 207,700 – 259,600
