About the Role: Lateral Link is assisting a prestigious law firm in Chicago with a search for a
Trademark Attorney
with 3-6 years of experience to handle trademark and copyright litigation on behalf of famous brands. This Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of litigation, from inception through resolution (pleadings, written and oral discovery, court hearings, motion practice, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit group on behalf of sophisticate clients. The firm provides substantive responsibility and strong hands-on training and mentorship from the get go, along with competitive compensation and an excellent culture with real work-life balance. Requirements: Candidates must have an active license to practice law in the U.S., a law degree from a top 30 law school, and at least
3+ years of post-JD experience
in trademark/copyright litigation matters
