Job Description Program Management Analyst

Position: Full Time (Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site) Location: Maryland We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Program Management Analyst with a strong background in program and project management to join a high-profile, complex financial modernization project. The successful candidate will manage large workstreams, track schedule, budget, risks, issues, scope, and quality, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems and project leadership. Support large, complex systems implementation and modernization projects, ideally in financial management systems. Analyze program tasks, resolve complex issues, and communicate solutions effectively to meet deadlines. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Maintain oversight of program activities and report on the status of each initiative. Track and manage project schedule, budget, risk, quality, scope, and other key areas across multiple projects. Monitor KPIs and report progress throughout the program. Create status reports for both the project team and executive stakeholders. Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and briefings. Oversee requests related to financial management modernization. Create and manage the Project Management Plan (PMP). Requirements:

University degree with 3-5 years of relevant consulting experience; graduate degrees are a plus. Experience with program and project management methodologies. Proven ability to develop and manage Program Management Plans (PMPs). Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions. Excellent communication skills. Experience with ERP Financial Management modernization projects is advantageous. Preferred:
