Overview ARS/Rescue Rooter is one of the nation's leading providers of plumbing, heating & air conditioning, and we are looking for a Sales Lead Coordinator in San Diego, CA. As a Sales Lead Coordinator, you will represent the company as an internal selling agent of products and services by providing first contact with potential customers and coordinating the sales process through payment.

Schedule sales appointments for our in-field sales professionals. Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team. Contact customers prior to all in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations. Communicate throughout the day with our in-field sales professionals, offering assistance as needed from the branch office. Follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate any needs they may have in relation to the sale. Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms. Work in a fast-paced environment with heavy phone volume and tight deadlines. Meet and exceed expected sales targets. Qualifications
What you will need: A High School diploma or GED equivalent, and 1-3 years of general office or sales experience. Related experience and/or advanced training, or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred. Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency. Ability to work in-office daily Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional rotating Saturday. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. If you are self-motivated with a great work ethic and the ability to provide excellent customer service, we want you on our team!
