As an Analyst, Claims Strategy & Operations, you’ll play a critical role in transforming our workers’ compensation claims program by using data to drive strategic improvements and operational excellence. You won’t just report on performance—you’ll actively identify gaps, flag underperformance, and turn insights into action that accelerates claim resolution, improves cost outcomes, and equips leaders to manage with clarity and discipline. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analysis and execution, helping ProService reduce claim duration, increase efficiency, and deliver on our financial goals through smart, high-impact strategies. Use AI-driven analytics and business intelligence tools to surface risks, prioritize actions, and inform leadership decisions Design and implement pragmatic closure strategies that improve resolution speed, reduce claim inventory, and align with financial targets Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and solve process, technology, or vendor-related bottlenecks that affect claim performance Deliver automated tools and performance dashboards that drive team accountability and empower claims leadership Monitor medical and indemnity cost trends, flag outliers, and propose solutions that align with medical best practices and budget goals Lead early intervention efforts to proactively identify and mitigate high-risk claims within 30 days of report

Experience applying analytics to claims or operational performance, using tools like dashboards, BI platforms, or AI models Proven track record of improving claim duration, cost, or closure rates through tactical interventions and strategic planning Demonstrated success influencing leadership through data storytelling, risk identification, and performance visibility Strong understanding of claims workflows, resolution pacing, and cost containment levers across medical and indemnity Adept at working cross-functionally and building alignment on priorities, processes, and execution plans Skilled in creating and automating reporting tools that lead to action—not just visibility
