Manager, Workday HCM

for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities

Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity. Support business development activities such as proposal development and client pursuits, collaborating with other KPMG service lines. Manage day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Supervise and perform staff performance management on assigned engagements. Manage engagements in accordance with KPMG’s financial policies. Qualifications

At least five years of ERP and HCM implementation and upgrade experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Completed one full Workday HCM implementation with certification in Recruiting or Talent; candidates without current certification must obtain it within three months of employment. Strong verbal, analytical, and written communication skills. Understanding of ERP concepts and module functionality. Willingness to travel as required. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
