Job Description Extensive experience leading Workday projects end-to-end, covering scoping, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Provided global support through incident and change management systems.

Designed and configured Workday Security, Condition Rules, and Calculated Fields.

Led implementations for Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting modules.

Engaged with HR leaders and business partners to define system requirements and align tactical and strategic operations.

Analyzed HR/Payroll legislative changes and assessed system impacts to ensure tax and regulatory compliance.

Designed and developed business requirements, functional specifications, test strategies, and documentation.

Streamlined and enhanced the existing Workday system by optimizing business processes, refining security models, and improving organizational hierarchies and modules, ensuring seamless data flow and maintenance of the Workday platform.

Ensured data integrity and compliance with corporate security standards, including GDPR and SOX.

Implemented global Onboarding process ensuring process automation, reducing manual intervention, and improving the new hire experience.

Configured and maintained Talent and Performance templates and reviews.

Provided expertise in system integrations, facilitating seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party applications.

Participated in testing for semi-annual Workday updates.

Configured goal settings and performance/talent reviews for organizations’ Annual/Mid-Year/Year-End Talent and Performance processes.

Workday Certifications:

Workday HCM Core Certified, Workday Payroll Certified (preferred).
