Role
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Advertising Operations Lead to help us execute on our grand vision - someone who is excited about working across a variety of functions within a fast-growing startup. This role will be directly responsible for overseeing yield management and rate optimization across our hundreds of earning opportunities.
The work you’ll do:
Drive strategic decision-making alongside the CMO Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for launching new offers Establish and maintain QA processes for tracking accuracy and offer performance Negotiate with partners to secure favorable offer deal terms Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues Lead special projects and initiatives from the CMO Take ownership of regular reporting on program performance, utilization, and profitability
Who you are:
2-6 years experience in finance, consulting, or equivalent advertising role Excellent written and verbal communication skills including development of presentations Strong knowledge about yield management, reporting systems, and digital advertising Track record of exceeding goals derived from established KPIs Naturally comfortable working alongside product, tech & marketing teams Experience & prior success negotiating with partners, clients & vendors Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
