Job Description:
Analyze business requirements related to order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable. Design and configure SAP OTC module to meet business needs. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO. Lead or participate in SAP OTC implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, training, and postgolive support. Provide expertise in resolving OTCrelated issues and troubleshooting system errors. Develop and maintain documentation of OTC processes, configurations, and user guides. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to endusers. Stay updated on SAP OTC module advancements, best practices, and industry trends. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize OTC processes and enhance system efficiency. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Requirements:
10+ years of experience working with SAP OTC module in implementation, configuration, and support roles. Proficiency in SAP ERP system, specifically in OTC, SD, MM, and FICO modules. Strong understanding of order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable processes. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP OTC projects on time and within budget. SAP certification in OTC module optional but preferred. Experience with SAP S4HANA and SAP implementation methodologies e.g., ASAP, Activate is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
