JC-490078 - District Hiring & Recruitment Liaison ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per Month Final Filing Date: 9/11/2025 Job Description and Duties Will Consider Staff Services Analyst Under the general direction of the District Hiring Manager, a Staff Services Manager I, the District Hiring & Recruitment Liaison (Hiring Liaison) provides technical expertise in a wide variety of recruiting/personnel services for District 11 (District). The Hiring Liaison applies various methods to recruit candidates for vacant positions. This includes working closely with hiring supervisors to initiate the hiring process, obtain approvals, process the necessary paperwork, select the candidate, and make the job offer to complete the hire; effective communication with various colleges and universities, professional and social groups across California and the United States to attend virtual or in-person recruitment and outreach events; liaising with Human Resources (HR) staff to handle personnel matters for the District, and performing a wide variety of analytical services in tracking and managing the positions for the District.
