Description : Product Manager responsible for the customer experience and product integration/execution for the business unit. This position will lead the development and implementation of strategy to ensure a positive customer experience and market competitiveness. Responsibilities include management of product enhancements, pricing, profitability, and risk.

Position Responsibilities: Roadmap Management : Develop and implement product strategy. Serve as a market expert through research, discovery, validations, and customer interactions. Maintain understanding of competition and SWOT. Identify product opportunities via strategic planning, including roadmap development and positioning assessment. Product Promotion/Advocacy : Create and own product's market message. Develop go-to-market materials and internal training. Conduct customer interviews to gather user insights. Monitor trends and customer adoption. Manage product lifecycle and recommend marketing/pricing strategies. Portfolio and Revenue Management : Ensure profitability and competitive positioning. Develop pricing strategies to meet objectives, improve profitability, or reduce expenses. Product Initiatives : Investigate market opportunities and product impact. Develop recommendations based on user personas and use cases. Represent the voice of the customer during development. Collaborate with Technology and Operations for product stability, issue resolution, and process improvement. Define and manage product risk. Vendor Management : Participate in contract negotiations. Manage relationships with strategic vendors. Monitor SLA performance. Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams for key product initiatives to ensure success and timeliness. Personal Knowledge : Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and associations. Soft Skills : Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
