Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will work a hybrid schedule at our Mobile manufacturing facility – 3 days per week onsite and 2 days per week remote Sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for roles at all levels of the organization, from entry-level through senior leadership. Develop and deploy advanced sourcing strategies, including cold calling and network development. Identifying opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with managers, and assess candidate fit through effective interviewing and testing. Ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goals with the best possible talent. Supporting Workforce Development initiatives. Conducting pre-screen interviews to provide a down-select slate of candidates to the hiring team for consideration. Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interviewing experience Preferred Experience:

Talent Acquisition experience in the manufacturing industry Preferred Licensure/Certifications:
