Medical Affairs Grants & Sponsorships Manager Location:
Hybrid- Cambridge MA Job Overview: Contract role supporting IME grants and Medical Affairs-led sponsorships within a highly regulated environment. Reports to the Associate Director of Program Management and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure strategic, compliant funding decisions. Primary Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IME grant and sponsorship lifecycle: intake, review, contracting, and reconciliation. Facilitate review meetings and coordinate across global Medical Affairs teams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal SOPs. Track submissions and documentation using platforms like Veeva and iEnvision. Support strategic planning, budget forecasting, and process improvement. Maintain audit-ready records and standardized templates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree or PMP preferred). 3+ years in Medical Affairs or medical education/grants management in pharma/biotech. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 360 and grant systems (e.g., Veeva, iEnvision). Knowledge of IME/CME standards and global compliance regulations.
