This is a rare opportunity to lead high-stakes litigation in a collaborative, high-performance environment where your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Key Responsibilities Lead complex personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and bad faith claims Drive litigation strategy and manage cases from intake through resolution Serve as first-chair trial counsel in depositions, mediations, and courtroom proceedings Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys and support professionals Support business development and client relationship initiatives Base Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 + percentage of attorney fees Retirement: 401(k) with employer match Healthcare: Employer-covered medical, dental, and vision — no premiums Time Off: Generous PTO package What You Bring Proven first-chair trial experience in personal injury litigation Demonstrated success with high-value, high-impact cases Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills Ready for Your Next Challenge?
