Work with clients who have broad, cross-functional responsibilities to help them make strategic choices about their business and/or transform their organization Lead discussions on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the broader healthcare landscape Communicate interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions Address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation Structure and develop client deliverables in PowerPoint, including telling the story with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings and guiding and teaching more junior team members Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices and clients Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members Drive business and strategy development Integrate within our values driven culture as a team player What You’ll Bring
5-8 years of relevant consulting experience within transformation, human capital, or change management preferably within pharma, life sciences, healthcare, medtech, or technology industries. Ability to communicate interrelated business issues with clients Problem-solving skills to address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation Aptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teams Enjoys fast-paced work environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset Multi-disciplinary agility with general management skillset Expertise in macro industry and/or functional trends.
