Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the Commercial Manager, Finance Manager and Delivery Managers.
Generate & prepare documentation for Senior Leadership and Clients.
Support with budget tracking and data entry.
Organise the mobilisation and demobilisation of resources.
Assist the Project Team with general administration duties.
The successful applicant will ideally have
3-4 years experience within a Project Administration role or similar
Exposure to civil construction (highly desirable)
A professional focus and attention to detail is key
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and people skills
Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
