Join Our Team We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to support our legal department, primarily handling strategic, corporate, and financial transactions. This hybrid role is based at our 1WTC Office and reports to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate. Your Responsibilities Include: Advising on complex corporate transactions such as US and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, non-control investments, reorganizations, spin-offs, equity and debt capital raises, and structured investments. Reviewing and drafting transaction documents including purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, credit agreements, master service agreements, licensing agreements, and investment management agreements. Assisting with securities, governance, and other strategic legal projects for senior legal team members. Handling sensitive and confidential communications with a high level of discretion. Collaborating on the development of reports, presentations, and supporting the legal team’s initiatives, including a pro bono legal program. Experience working with senior leaders on complex transactions and handling confidential information. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Admission to practice as an attorney in New York or eligible for in-house counsel registration. Salary:
