Candidates should have defense-side complex commercial litigation experience, preferably with a mid-to-large size law firm. Class action and/or multi-district litigation experience is strongly preferred.
We are looking for an attorney who wants to expand his or her expertise in commercial litigation and who seeks to work on a wide range of litigation matters in a sophisticated practice for clients throughout the United States. Experience and Qualifications Ohio Bar admission, in good standing, is required (or the ability to waive in) Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills Experience handling all aspects of class action defense or multi-district litigation, including drafting legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, and assisting in all stages of discovery, and class certification Mediation, arbitration and/or trial experience a plus Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility Federal clerkship experience a plus, but not required Notice to recruiters:
