Process vendor payments and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely reconciliation.
Manage loss recovery for inbound carriers, coordinating claims and resolution for damaged or lost shipments.
Support customer loss prevention efforts, analyzing trends and assisting in fraud and shrinkage reduction.
Track IT vendor spend and ensure procurement compliance, collaborating with IT and finance to control costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline procurement processes, and optimize vendor relationships.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, procurement, logistics coordination, or related financial operations roles. Proven ability to process payments and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently, with strong attention to detail. Solid understanding of corporate policies, procurement compliance, and vendor management best practices. Experience managing loss recovery or claims processes with shipping carriers and third-party vendors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and support loss prevention and fraud mitigation efforts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and financial reporting tools. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to control costs and improve processes.
