National law firm Wood Smith Henning & Berman, LLP is hiring a 2-3 year litigation associate with relevant experience for its litigation practice team in Massachusetts.
Candidate must be admitted in Massachusetts – no exceptions. An additional admission in Rhode Island is preferred. WSHB is considered a ‘go to’ litigation firm for domestic and international insurance carriers and large private clients. The firm has a modern approach to law firm management that harnesses innovation and creativity to meet clients’ needs, while providing attorneys with flexibility to work from home or work in a comfortable, casual office atmosphere. Experience in insurance defense in the practice areas of premise liability, products liability, professional liability, construction, dram shop litigation and/or employment are preferred.
