Our products are used by some of the largest companies in the world, and also by 1000s of small businesses and organizations. About the role As the 2nd member of the product team, this is your chance to have an outsized impact on the growth and direction of a product with an established user base. There is massive untapped potential to further embed ourselves in these user’s workflows, as well as to expand into new market segments. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time in the company’s history: we’ve just re-built our product from the ground up to enable and unlock non-technical users to customize and share their events and calendars. We design, build, and ship with minimal overhead, with a focus on iterating quickly and often, and getting feedback from real customers. Your efforts will be visible, valued, and celebrated! This is a full-time role, either fully remote (US-based) or hybrid in-person in our office in San Francisco. What you'll be responsible for Explore opportunities for new features and products by analyzing data and usage patterns, reviewing customer interactions and input, and collaborating with the marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support teams. Iterate on ideas with the product team. Explore solutions, create wireframes, and give feedback on designs. Advocate for our customers at every step. Write clear, detailed product specs that communicate

we will build it, and - most importantly -
why . Regularly review work in progress with engineers. Define success metrics. You will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the impact of what you ship. About you Revenue-driven mindset. We ship features not because they are cool or trendy, but because they solve real problems for our customers or open up the opportunity for us to expand into new market segments. Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with metrics and experimentation, and desire to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of SQL is not required, but would be a plus. Bias for impact and desire to move fast. Clear, concise, and deliberate communicator. Able to distill complex flows/interactions into simpler forms. Technical enough to understand at a high level what's happening inside engineering black-boxes and can use that to aid decision making. Deep empathy for our customers. Thorough and obsessed with detail. Value craftsmanship. Curious. Preference for shipping quickly and often - favouring MVPs and rapid learning over perfection. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a product role in PLG SaaS. Experience on a small team at an early stage company. Strong and demonstrable product sense and intuition. Technical or engineering background.
