Job Summary This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Pharmacy function supporting Medicaid & Individual Markets lines of business. The role involves improving the quality of care related to various State and CMS quality measures. It will partner with appropriate parties to support the coordination of healthcare delivery functions within Medicaid and Individual & Family Markets. The role will lead efforts related to operational and cost efficiency, product design, pricing, sales strategy, and revenue optimization. Job Requirements
Registered Pharmacist Pharmacy degree (Phar.D. or Bachelor) 15 years of experience in a Pharmacy environment 12 years of managerial experience in a Pharmacy setting, including managing budgets, staff training, hiring, performance management, and goal setting Leadership skills to lead diverse operations Data analytical skills, including developing reports and analyzing outcomes and trends Experience developing and facilitating presentations to upper management and external organizations Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills to collaborate across organizations Experience in roles requiring self-direction, initiative, sound decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and high-visibility situations Negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications and pharmacy databases Experience overseeing annual budgets and resource allocation Ability to translate needs into compelling business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify investments Preferred Job Requirements
