Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Prior retail management experience is required. The minimum age requirement is 21. Must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate: $21.66–$21.91 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Washington Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program (subject to qualifications).
