Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Part-Time
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker in our distribution warehouse. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our inventory, which includes engines, nuts, bolts, short block transmissions, doors, bumpers, and various other accessories. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations for our West Coast distribution.
Responsibilities
Walk through the warehouse and perform cycle counts by hand.
Use a clipboard to collect data and transfer it to the WMS system called Manhattan.
Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products efficiently.
Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard items that do not meet company standards.
Update inventory counts and maintain inventory records for management and stakeholders.
Report discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft or loss.
Essential Skills
Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Proficiency in cycle counting and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ability to work independently and exhibit a strong work ethic.
Great attitude and highly motivated with a competitive spirit.
Excellent communication skills and respect for all team members.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as an Inventory Coordinator or Inventory Clerk is a plus.
Strong common sense and ability to follow health and safety directions.
Diverse workforce experience is valued.
Solid energy and willingness to learn.

The position is based in a distribution environment with equipment, racking, and car part inventory. The dress code includes work pants/shorts (jeans are not recommended), a shirt, and steel-toed shoes. Be prepared for a warehouse that is cold in winter and hot in summer.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
