to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive top-line revenue. You’ll cultivate relationships with clients, brokers, architects, and other strategic partners, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the preconstruction lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing the firm’s business development strategy Building and nurturing a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Collaborating with preconstruction and executive leadership on proposals, presentations, and interviews Researching market trends, client activity, and competitive positioning Leading CRM management and reporting for business development activity Partnering closely with marketing to elevate the company’s brand presence and messaging Tracking and reporting on KPIs, hit rates, and ROI of business development efforts What You Bring to the Team 5–10+ years of business development experience in commercial construction (GC experience highly preferred) Deep network of client and industry relationships in the DFW commercial market Proven ability to drive results through strategic outreach and relationship-building Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Strong organizational and CRM management capabilities (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot) Self-starter mentality with a bias for action, accountability, and follow-through Alignment with core values: Integrity • Ownership • Excellence • Grit • Servant Leadership What Success Looks Like You consistently develop high-quality leads and bring qualified opportunities to the team You are known and respected by clients, architects, and brokers across the region You support and win major project pursuits that align with the firm’s goals You become a strategic growth partner to the leadership team You grow into an executive role and help shape the long-term trajectory of the company This Is More Than a Job—It’s a Growth Opportunity If you're ready to step into a role with visibility, autonomy, and real growth potential—this is your moment.
