Sales Leadership & Strategy Define and execute the commercial strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to deliver strong performance Align closely with cross-functional partners to ensure product-market fit and customer success Enterprise Business Development Build and strengthen relationships with large enterprise customers Expand into international markets, including complex global accounts Drive customer engagement by understanding evolving industry trends Go-to-Market Execution Oversee product launches and ensure effective go-to-market strategies Leverage digital fluency to deliver sales credibility across multiple sectors Explore new opportunities across B2B, IoT, SaaS, and construction/logistics domains Prerequisites

Proven track record in enterprise sales and commercial leadership Blend of experience in digital/SaaS and ready-mix or building materials industries (preferred) Strong communication and technical sales skills Background in B2B enterprise sales, product launches, and international sales operations Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
