About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and scale its global operational strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery excellence, resource planning, and service execution across both onshore and offshore teams. This pivotal role also involves supporting strategic business alliances, human resources, and cultural development, ensuring operational alignment with business goals, and driving innovation across diverse teams and projects. The COO must be a clear and confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively both internally and externally, and possess the leadership caliber to mentor emerging talent and cultivate a culture of accountability and innovation.

Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or enterprise transformation, with a proven track record in managing global operations. A strategic mindset, deep understanding of public sector transformation, and IT implementation are essential. The role requires a seasoned executive with strong communication skills, executive presence, and a passion for mentoring high-performing teams. Experience in Agile methodologies and professional service delivery frameworks is highly valued. While the COO will not be directly responsible for sales, they must be able to support business development by articulating value, engaging with clients, and representing the company with credibility and confidence.
