What You’ll Be Doing
Step into the world of microscopic marvels! As our Micro Lab Technician, you’ll be the guardian of cleanliness, compliance, and culture (the microbial kind). You’ll perform critical testing that keeps our products safe and our standards sky-high.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Conduct aseptic testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods using USP agar methods.
Handle live cultures like a pro—growth promotion testing is your jam.
Keep the lab spotless and audit-ready.
Collect and analyze environmental samples (air, water, surfaces—you name it).
Spot trends in data and help refine SOPs and testing methods.
Document everything with precision and support investigations when needed.
Calibrate and maintain lab instruments like a scientist-mechanic hybrid.
Help manage inventory so we never run out of the good stuff.
Collaborate with other QC heroes and support cross-functional needs.
Participate in OOS investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
Communicate clearly across shifts to keep testing seamless.
What You Bring to the Table
A Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
A curious mind and a knack for solving scientific puzzles.
Comfort with microscopes, petri dishes, pour plates, and vacuum filters.
Strong math, reasoning, and organizational skills.
Ability to follow SOPs like a recipe for success.
Solid communication skills—written and verbal.
Familiarity with lab software and systems.
Self-starter attitude with a love for independent work.
Bonus Skills That’ll Make You Shine
Experience with plating, streaking, and diagnosing microbial behavior.
Quality control mindset and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
