About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of the organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and operational leader, driving organizational efficiency to support the leadership team in strategic planning, operational execution, and administrative management. This includes overseeing initiatives related to real estate development, construction planning, and financial controls to ensure that infrastructure projects align with broader strategic priorities. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, preparing briefing materials, and reports, and serving as a dedicated liaison between the executive team and other departments.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be business-focused, brilliant, highly organized, and influential leaders. The role requires a relentless and resilient individual with a deep internal drive to win, capable of managing big personalities and experienced with C-Suite leaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a leadership, project management, or administrative role, with at least 7 years' experience, and a strong background in operational or project management, particularly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and organize executive teams. Experience in real estate development, construction oversight, or infrastructure project management is a strong plus, as is a background in financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and investment reporting. The role demands exceptional organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills, and the candidate should be proficient in Microsoft O365, G Suite, and project management tools.
