The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Wealth Management. This key role involves serving as the primary relationship manager for a select group of high-net-worth clients, designing and implementing comprehensive wealth management strategies that integrate investments, tax planning, and estate considerations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing investment policy statements, portfolio performance, and risk management, as well as expanding client relationships and driving organic growth through exceptional service and engagement. Additionally, the role includes a player-coach aspect, where the candidate will manage and mentor junior team members while continuing to lead client relationships.
The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have a Bachelors degree, a CFP designation, and at least 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory. Strong technical knowledge across investments, tax, and estate planning is essential, as is a proven ability to build and deepen client relationships at the high-net-worth level. Proficiency with tools such as eMoney, Orion, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office is required, along with leadership potential and a desire to mentor and develop talent.
