The successful candidate will be responsible for setting fundraising priorities, leading a team, and managing a portfolio of major and principal donors. A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fundraising strategies, particularly in the context of higher education, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in campaign management and have experience in corporate and foundation relations. Outstanding relationship-building skills and a proven track record of progressive supervisory experience are essential for this role.
