About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Head of Security to take on a pivotal role in leading its security function. This strategic executive leadership position is tasked with defining and driving a long-term vision for enterprise-wide security strategy that is in line with business priorities and the ever-evolving risk landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing measurable security goals, serving as the security voice with external stakeholders, and leading a global security team across various domains. The role also involves shaping the security organization's structure, overseeing security operations, and driving secure practices throughout the business.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in security or infrastructure, with at least 5 years at the executive level in large-scale or cloud-native environments. Deep knowledge in modern security architecture, identity and access management, secure development practices, and incident response is essential. The role requires strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences, and experience in aligning security practices with business outcomes. A background in high-scale SaaS, infrastructure, or platform environments, as well as familiarity with regulatory compliance and security industry contributions, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex technical risks into clear communication and will be instrumental in embedding security into every layer of the business to ensure resilience against evolving threats.
