Join Providence Medical Group (PMG) as a full-time Urgent Care nurse practitioner or physician assistant at the Mill Creek Walk-In Care Clinic in Everett, Washington. In this outpatient role you'll be working with a high-functioning, close-knit team while serving this northwest Washington community. The PMG Mill Creek location offers a range of services in addition to the Walk in Clinic, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, specialty services, and onsite imaging and lab services. It is conveniently located in south Everett, bordering Mill Creek. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, on-demand care team while enjoying an outstanding quality of life in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Position Details:
Full-time position with 3 shifts per week schedule
Shift-based schedule and consistent hours
Established outpatient care only practice
Highly experienced and collegial team environment Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is between $133,798 and $181,759 per year
Comprehensive benefits provided including health, vision, dental, retirement, PTO and more
Sign-on bonus is available The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a nurse practitioner or physician assistant licensed in the state of Washington
1+ years' experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine required

The PCN Express and Urgent Care clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible. By building out a network for ambulatory care, surgical services and imaging across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
