About the Role

The Company is seeking an RVP of Client Services for the Western US region. This leadership role is pivotal in driving account management for the company's clients, with a focus on scaling advertising and martech investment and ensuring revenue retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large team of account leads and managers, setting and achieving high standards in business growth, service excellence, and media performance. As a thought leader, the RVP will inspire clients to set ambitious goals and foster deeper partnerships. The role demands a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and martech, a strong performance culture, and a relentless focus on client satisfaction and product adoption.

Candidates for the RVP position should have a proven track record in a quota-carrying role, with a background in leading large organizations and a passion for people management. The role requires an individual with a strong commercial orientation, capable of defining and expanding service motions to help clients unlock growth.
