Overview Tactical Air is currently seeking an Adversary Air (ADAIR) Pilot to join our team. Tactical Air's Air Services deploys advanced aircraft operated by experienced fighter and attack pilots to military installations in support of Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Army individual unit, wing, and weapons school level training and combat deployment training cycles. Location: Eglin AFB, FL. Salary range: $190,000 - $200,000.

Responsibilities

Operate Tactical Air's F-5E/F Advanced Tiger (F-5AT) fighter in support of combat airborne adversary training services for the USAF, as part of the U.S. CAF CAS contract.

Receive initial or transition training in Tactical Air's F-5AT prior to assignment to the contract program.

Report to the Eglin Site Manager for the safe and effective operation of company-owned aircraft in support of combat airborne training services.

Be prepared to fly in any of the company's aircraft and travel as needed to support contract requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of tactical recency experience, or in lieu of degree, eight years of relevant experience preferably in the military or with a government aviation contractor.

Requisite fighter/attack/trainer aircraft flight and tactical experience.

1000-hour fighter, attack, or trainer time with at least 300 hours fighter.

DoD flight lead qualification.

Regular travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required.

Valid state driver's license.

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.

Desired Experience/Skills

Weapon School Graduate or DoD Adversary.

Physical Demands

Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds (with assistance, if required).

Regularly ascend/descend stairs and/or ladders.

F-35/F-22 experience.

Aggressor experience.

Weapon School Graduate.

Work Authorization and Environment

Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form.

Tactical Air is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including marijuana) required.

Pre-employment and ongoing physical certifications required.

Occasional aircraft hangar or warehouse environment with exposure to loud noises, fumes from engines and chemicals, unpredictable climate (hot/cold), and electrical shock, or trip or slip hazards.

May be exposed to or required to handle hazardous materials.

Specific work hours determined by operational, departmental, or contractual requirements.

Occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required.

Occasional travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required.
