Job Description Summary Join our Seller Experience team within Commercial Operations to lead improvements across the opportunity-to-post-sales journey. You’ll partner with Sales, Tech, and Enablement to simplify workflows, align tools, and drive adoption — leveraging AI where possible to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on making it easier for our sellers to manage accounts, grow revenue, and deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Essential Responsibilities

Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.

Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.

Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.

Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The total compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $137,500 to $236,500.
