Overview
ISI Elite Training is growing rapidly, and we need a
Director of Operations
who will take full ownership of
unit-level profitability, operational execution, vendor management, and brand standards
across our franchise system. This role requires
precision, accountability, and the ability to drive performance at scale . You will ensure our franchise partners have the
systems, support, and strategic guidance
needed to operate efficiently and profitably. You will also be responsible for
developing and managing vendor relationships
and
collaborating closely with marketing
to optimize campaigns that drive revenue. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Unit-Level Profitability & Economics
– Implement
financial accountability systems , ensuring franchisees execute on
pricing, expenses, revenue drivers, and retention strategies
to maximize performance. Operational Systems & Execution
– Develop, refine, and enforce
scalable operational systems
that create efficiency and consistency across all locations. Field Support & Training
– Lead
training initiatives and field support teams , ensuring every franchise partner and facility manager has the tools and knowledge to succeed. Brand Standards & Performance
– Ensure all locations operate within
brand expectations, operational benchmarks, and performance standards . Vendor Development & Management
– Own
the relationships and day-to-day oversight
of all operational vendors, ensuring quality, performance, and cost efficiency. Marketing Collaboration
– Work closely with
marketing leadership
to align operational execution with lead generation, sales strategies, and promotional campaigns. Leadership & Accountability
– Partner directly with franchisees, field support, and internal teams to ensure execution at every level. Strategic Growth & Innovation
– Identify
gaps, challenges, and opportunities
to continuously improve operations, franchisee success, and brand growth. Franchise Partner Relationships
– Lead
bi-monthly Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) meetings , working directly with the Chairperson to strengthen communication between franchisees and the headquarters team. Compliance & Legal Alignment
– Ensure
franchise partners operate within legal, financial, and brand guidelines , mitigating risk while maintaining high performance. Who You Are

to ensure the best outcomes for the brand and franchisees. Clear & Direct Communicator

and expect the same from those around you. Required Experience & Qualifications
Franchise experience:
Significant experience managing franchisees, understanding franchise agreements, and implementing franchise systems and processes. Operations management:
Proven ability to oversee multiple departments and drive operational efficiency. Leadership & Team Development:
Strong ability to
motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable
to high standards of execution. Financial & Business Acumen:
Deep understanding of
P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies . Marketing & Sales Collaboration:
Experience working alongside marketing teams to drive
lead generation, sales strategies, and business growth . Vendor & Partnership Management:
Experience managing vendor relationships to ensure
cost efficiency, service quality, and operational success . Data-Driven Decision Making:
Ability to analyze
market trends, performance metrics, and franchisee KPIs
to optimize systems and strategies. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field
(or equivalent experience). Systems Proficiency
Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Suites (required) FranConnect or other franchise software Facebook Business & Ads Manager (required) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (required) Point of Sale (POS) system experience (required) Why This Role?
