A client with Kforce is seeking a Product Manager II to join their team. This hybrid opportunity is in Mountain View, CA. This role is pivotal to developing and enhancing internal tools that support product configuration, pricing, and promotions, which are critical to clients' go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, business systems expertise, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver foundational capabilities for scalable and efficient GTM execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Lead monetization initiatives in alignment with the company's Big Bets and long-term goals Enhance platform capabilities to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) readiness by simplifying existing workflows through low-code tools and Generative AI, enabling greater speed, flexibility, and automation in execution
Platform Development: Improve and maintain product and pricing platform functionalities such as: Price change simplification Product bundling innovations Platform consolidation efforts Identify and drive opportunities for system optimization, scalability, and innovation
Execution & Operations: Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch, with a high standard for quality, usability, and business impact Oversee and support testing, user readiness, documentation, and training sessions Monitor day-to-day usage and serve as Product SME, addressing issues to unblock users and dev teams promptly
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a liaison between geographically distributed teams, including platform, business, and operations stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination across time zones
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field 5+ years in Product Management Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones, maintaining strong alignment and timely execution Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Exceptional communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to nurture various projects in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocity Strong ability to think through unifying elements and common denominators; dream up user workflows and interfaces; translate it into engineering-ready user stories; and work with product designers to create self-serve products Demonstrated customer empathy and experience with user-centric design
Preferred Tools & Domain Experience
Background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), commerce systems, or product catalog tools
Familiarity With Tools Such As
Figma, Jira, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, ProductPlan, LeanIX (or equivalents)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
