Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the front desk, from resident relations to partnering with maintenance and leasing teams, and ensure smooth lobby traffic flow. Handle escalated resident issues and work with the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager as a liaison to provide resolutions. Provide leadership to the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a high-quality, guest-ready lobby environment. Foster positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly. Enforce community policies consistently and fairly. Organize and manage resident events and initiatives to promote a sense of community. Manage a concierge team and oversee temporary staff and vendor relations to ensure exceptional experiences for residents and prospects at all hours. Train new and existing concierge staff and adapt staffing to changing needs. Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Qualifications
1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment. 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required. High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required; Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite. Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries. Benefits
