We are looking for a strong Partner Solution Architect with a Data & AI background to enable new capabilities for our customers to deploy GenAI workloads on AWS. You will drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling GenAI on AWS, interacting with customers directly to understand their business problems, and helping them with defining and implementing scalable GenAI solutions to solve them (often via proof-of-concepts). Working with account teams, research scientists, and product teams, youll drive model implementations and create new solutions. About The Team

Key job responsibilities Partner Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with regional teams to enable partners and customers in adopting AWS database services, including Exadata Database Service and Autonomous Database on Dedicated Infrastructure. Devise Strategy: Partner with regional teams to define and execute Database Engagement strategy across global territories and key partners. Product Collaboration: Stay connected to AWS database services teams, working with regional partner teams to launch new database capabilities for Aurora DSQL and Oracle Database@AWS. Thought Leadership: Provide global thought leadership on database solutions, including migrations. Create enablement content through AWS Blog, Whitepapers, reference architectures, and present at AWS events and industry conferences. Community Engagement: Drive best practices across regions and contribute to the worldwide AWS technical community of Solutions Architects and Consultants focused on databases and migrations. Partner Evangelism: Evangelize partner value propositions internally across AWS and externally with customers, highlighting migration paths for Oracle workloads to AWS. Partner Enablement: Drive partner solutions and go-to-market strategies across regions. Enable partners to build differentiated offerings for Oracle Database@AWS migrations and modernization. Architectural Guidance: Provide architectural guidance for successful partner engagements globally, helping them leverage Aurora DSQL and Oracle Database@AWS to win and migrate Oracle workloads worldwide.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking Hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA with expertise in implementing and operating Exadata and Oracle RAC-based solutions, including data warehouse architecture and database development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud Strong written and verbal communication skills with executives, IT management, and developers AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise Computer Science or relevant degree and/or experience Deep Oracle database expertise, including RDS for Oracle implementations, data modeling, performance optimization, and high availability solutions Strong technical communication skills to guide senior executives, developers, and architects while understanding enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements Proven ability to architect Oracle database solutions for cloud-based analytics and business intelligence workloads, with expertise in database migration and integration patterns

The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and experience.
