We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Java Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing code and ensure the quality and performance of software applications. Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $115K to $135K/year & benefits (see below). Responsibilities

Design and develop APIs using core Java/Spring/Microservices Design Pattern and advanced technologies. Implement OOP concepts in the development phase of the application. Develop application code, write unit tests and integration tests using JUnit. Work closely with business stakeholders, design teams and downstream systems. Build cloud-native applications using container technologies like Docker and deploy in OpenShift/AWS EKS. Support the production release, monitoring and triaging issues on time. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Good years of IT work experience in frontend and backend frameworks. Proven experience with 12+ years in core Java development and implementing OOP concepts. Experience leading a team and mentoring. Experience working with high availability, low latency systems. Experience with Java (Data Structures, Collections, Multi-threading), Oracle & Linux. Hands-on experience in core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka. Exposure to AI and Github Copilot. Understanding and implementation of unstructured database. Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD; creating E2E test suites and running them with Protractor (or a well-reasoned alternative). System-wide testing and some integration testing (JUnit and Cucumber). Proficient with UNIX/Linux and shell scripts. Experience with build automation using Ant, Maven, or Gradle. Preferred experience with Cloud and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, EKS. Experience with iterative and incremental development processes. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred, but not required

Work experience in PCF or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. Experience in trading domain. We offer
